“Reasons for starting therapy are many: depression and anxiety, trauma, disordered eating habits, and self-defeating behaviours. Therapy is a process where the client is encouraged to examine her or his life story. A therapist requires a tenderness and maturity in working with clients, allowing the client to express, in her or his own time, anger shame, frustration, and any number of emotions, so that healing and transformation can happen and they can begin to see themselves as unique human beings. I work with dreams, as they are an important key to help open doorways to the client's history.

Therapy moves clients towards accepting what is broken in themselves and finding hope for healing. Depth psychotherapy can help clients open up possibilities and free themselves from old ways of being in the world that no longer serve them. My tools include dream work, body awareness, and trance/relaxation work.

You are invited to enter upon a human journey with a seasoned and empathic psychotherapist. I will help you work towards your fullest potential and to feel truly secure. My particular history provides me with an understanding of people from different backgrounds and cultures. Please visit my website for more information.”
