Addiction Recovery Therapy Group
Every Thursday at 5:30pm - 7pm
$50+ per session

The group has a maximum of ten (10) members who are between one (1) and five (5) months in recovery. The primary focus of the group is on recovery skill development, anxiety reduction, coping with depressive symptoms, life-style adjustment, relapse prevention, 12-step integration, and family/relational issues. Most members view this group as adjunctive to AA/NA involvement. All group members must be willing to abstain from mood-altering chemicals.
