If you are looking to find the history and wisdom hiding in your body mind heart and spirit, if you know that the answers are within yourself, this approach might be a bold step to self healing giving you insight and tools to move forward. Techniques used are both verbal and hands on, sometimes sitting, sometimes lying on a table (always fully clothed), and sometimes in movement. Your safety is foremost and the work goes at your own pace.

I work with individuals in my private practice and offer classes and workshops. I have been a teacher of Alexander Technique for over 30 years and practitioner of Rubenfeld Synergy for over 20, I am also a mentor and teacher. Transpersonal and Humanistic Psychotherapies are an integrated part of my approach.

Compassion and many years of spiritual practice have helped define my approach, where I see the potential for wholeness in my clients. I am co-founder of the Northeast PNI Institute for Healing (Psychoneuroimmunology), which is part of the emerging field of mind/body therapies. I am also interested in brain-plasticity and aging.
