“Psychotherapy can help you if you are feeling unhappy in your life. Anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship problems, or just the sense that your life is not going where you would like it to go, may bring you to therapy. My training in psychodynamic psychotherapy has included many years of personal therapy and a thorough training in a wide range of theoretical approaches, enabling me to work in depth with both individuals and couples.

I work in a relational mode, meaning that each therapeutic relationship is unique, and that the one we develop will help us to explore together who you are, how you came to be who you are, and how you can move forward in your life.

Over the past 10 years I have worked effectively with adult clients from many cultural and racial backgrounds; LGBTQ clients very welcome. My background is in the arts and music, and I have a long-term interest in yoga.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
