I strongly believe that we can achieve anything if we set our minds to it. By having confidence in ourselves we can achieve our goals and enrich our lives. Success depends on who we are, how we perceive ourselves, and how well we communicate and relate to others.

I graduated from University of Houston, Texas in 1996 with the graduate degree in clinical psychology and have been practicing counseling profession since then. My training includes assessment, crisis intervention, cognitive behavior therapy, stress management, hypnosis, group therapy, family therapy. I enjoy working with adults, children, adolescents, families and couples.
