Expressing your truth by speaking your emotions is what allows Spirit to move through us and manifest our long held dreams. I provide telephone and face to face counseling to individuals and couples, specializing in relationships as well as spiritual and personal growth, anxiety and life transitions.

We will explore relationship to self and other as a spiritual path; leading to deeper levels of connection and wholeness, healing childhood and relational wounds. Through the practice of awakening, cultivating compassion and acceptance we learn forgiveness, surrender, reconciliation and responsibility.

This process will restore passion and hope to your relationships by overcoming the power struggles and defenses that sabotage healing, wholeness, and spiritual growth. You will let go of the insecurity that leads to the suffering caused by chronic self-judgment, depression, anxiety and addictive behaviors.
