“The therapeutic relationship creates an opportunity to connect in the very places we have felt most alone. In this context, we are free to grow and are empowered to create the lives we hope to live. My aim is to create a caring and accepting relationship in which clients come to feel heard and understood for all of who they are and what they have been through. I believe in the power and value of therapy and am honored to earn the trust of those I work with and to be part of the healing process.

My style is interactive. I work with clients to develop a healthier and peaceful relationship with themselves and consequently with others. My training in Expressive Arts Therapy invites clients to tap their own creativity and use art, drama, poetry, music and/or dance if they are inclined.

Professional training aside, I believe it is ultimately the human-to-human contact that makes therapy work. Not every therapist is suited to every client, but when it works, it works!”
