With 25 years of experience as a psychologist, I have found that the majority of clients would like to resolve their distressing problems as quickly as they can. I utilize short-term treatment approaches, because they have generally been demonstrated to be as effective as long-term treatment. The approaches I use include cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems treatments.

My clients include children, adolescents and adults. My specialties include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, impulse control disorders (including anger management treatment), stress management, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I also provide psychological testing and evaluations of children and adolescents, particularly to assess for learning disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
