Our lives can be complicated sometimes and out of control. Trying to make sense of things can be difficult. Because you have made a choice to look for solutions, you are almost to where you can find peace of mind. A life of balance. At Wellspring: Restore the Balance, we help our clients to find lifestyle balance through their own natural resources...it's our nature. With the use of mind-body psychotherapy, our clients learn to focus on what they have control over and start to work on a well-defined plan that promotes creative positive change for balanced living.

I have over 20 years experience working in the field of emotional health and wellness, providing counseling and consulting for individuals, family, and industry on issues such as stress-management, anxiety, depression, and pain-management. For work-related difficulties, I assist with conflict resolution, and building a positive work environment.

In a book project with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, "Roadmap to Success" I have outlined steps for THE CLEAR method. These steps help to bring balance to all areas of our lives. The hope is that the readers come to know that their roadmap to success is within themselves.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult

The Cool Waves Program promotes positive outcomes (a win-wing for all). Preteens/Tweens learn to be in charge of their own feelings by learning positive and effective coping styles. Group members engage in art techniques and interactive role-play to learn that they do have control over their own thinking and can be a change agent for others to stand up against "bullying behaviors".
