Is your child stuggling in school? Is homework time a time for tears or arguments? No child wants to fail but difficulties in reading, written language, math or memory can interfere with academic success. In busy classrooms, teachers often don't have time to discover underlying areas of strengths and weaknesses in a child's learning profile. A Psycho-Educational assessment can determine how your child learns best and suggest ways of improving academic progress. A diagnostic report can open the door to specialized support in school and post secondary institutions as well as potential tax benefits and government support.

A registered member of the College of Psychologists and a Psychological Associate I specialize in working with children with learning disabilities, developmental disabilities and ASD. I have over 20 years experience working with children, parents and school staff to determine and diagnose individual learning styles and helping children succeed.

I believe that a Psycho-Educational assessment which uses a positive approach to understanding learning differences can help your child succeed in school and life by determining where support is needed and by focusing on their strengths and not just their weaknesses.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
