Together, we will identify areas where you would like to improve your life and then I will help you develop techniques, skills and new ways of looking at things that will result in the improvements you desire. If you need to process old feelings I will help you with that but soon we will turn to developing skills to help you succeed.

I provide personalized attention to help people with marriage counseling, anger management, troubled teens, depression and addictions.
