Issues of sadness, grief, anger, re-sentment and fear are addressed. Each person is encouraged to make decisions at their own pace in a warm and supportive environment.

Emerging from Grief

This is an informative group as well as a supportive one. Clients are taught the stages of grief and how to navigate them, reassured that their feelings are normal, and shown how to progress in their healing. Clients also have the opportunity to share their loss stories, if they choose to do so. Loss through death of any type or at any age are included, i.e. loss of an infant, elderly spouse through disease and suicide. This is a confidential, warm, and caring group. Come join us.
