Do you find that the ways you have been handling challenges are not yielding the results you want? Then it is a good time to consider therapy. As we work together, I can guide you to identify and overcome the barriers that prevent changes; and help you reach your goal of moving forward in a positive direction. Whether you are interested in addressing ongoing emotional distress- depression and anxiety- or dealing with a recent life change, please contact me so we can discuss your needs!
There are many changes that we are faced with during our lives and at the same time, the process of adjusting to change is quite difficult for most people. Depression and anxiety are common side effects. I specialize in treatment of these disorders and learning to cope with stress.
I have a diverse history working with individuals and families facing many different situations. Some of my areas of specialty include: family violence, relationship rescue, adjustment following divorce and disability, anxiety and depression, parent coaching and co-parenting.
