“My curiosity about people's lives, relationships, feelings and the way they create meaning is at the heart of my practice in psychotherapy. I am deeply interested in the complexities and possibilities of family life. As human beings, we all must negotiate daily the emotional landscapes of our families, past and present. I have been doing that with adults, children and families in various capacities for almost twenty years.

I treat individuals (anxiety, depression, and relationship issues) and families, and have a particular interest in infants, toddlers and young children, and the challenges of new parenting. I am interested in how themes from parents' own histories repeat in parent-child relationships.

I see children of all ages, and I have both Family Systems and Psychodynamic Training, with special interest in Early Attachment Issues. My approach is relationship based and present focused, while always attending to the relevant past. Feel free to call me with questions you may have.”
