I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other mindfulness-based therapies to help clients find freedom from things keeping them stuck, like addictions, self-harming behaviors, depression, and anxiety. Mindfulness is about being awake and aware in the present moment, which is where you can discover yourself (your sensations, thoughts, and feelings), offer yourself kindness, and find your power to make choices.
You already have the ability to create a joyful, fulfilling life, and I believe I can help you find it in yourself. I would be honored to guide and support you along your path of self-discovery.
Seeking therapy can be intimidating, but I would like to make it as welcoming a process as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to call for a phone consultation or send me an e-mail.
