Engaged in the area of counseling since 1995, my expertise includes a wide range of therapeutic experience with age ranges from lower school to elderly populations of diverse backgrounds. Expertise includes: RELATIONSHIPS, ANXIETY, GRIEF, DEPRESSION, SUICIDE PREVENTION,CRITICAL INCIDENT DEBRIEFINGS,EMPLOYEE MEDIATION, CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH MAINTENANCE,and RISK/THREAT ASSESSMENT. My philosophy is holistic with a mindfulness of learning style and impactful, compassionate techniques. Moreover, I have extensive experience in higher education, career services and the diverse population it serves.

For persons who would like to use insurance, although I do not accept insurance at this time, I have known insurance companies to reimburse for counseling sessions. Reimbursements are dependant upon the company, coverage, and other factors, which can be learned by a brief phone call to your insurer.
