I am very interested in helping people who are undergoing a major transition in their life, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression or relationship problems. Having a warm, safe place to discuss your issues is important for your potential growth. Together we can help define your goals for change and growth. No matter your age or place in life, you can replace old fears or negative thinking with new, positive self-messages. If there is anything we know about life, it is that there will always be change. My goal for you is to help make that a positive change.

I see individuals, couples and families of all ages. I enjoy helping older people with issues as their lives have been full and rich with history. I am interested in helping with grief issues for any age group as well as the older person.

I was instrumental in helping bring a form of divorce to Nebraska called Collaborative Divorce. This type of divorce seeks to avoid advisarial divorce and to help the couple peacefully and rationally make decisions about their future and that of their family. I am a mental health coach on collaborative teams.
