Mr. Sean Harrington

If I were to describe an "ideal" Client, it would be a Client who is both willing & motivated by something within themselves to work with steadfast dedication on the task of either resolving an issue that creates pain or discomfort or improving their lives to exceed their own expectations. This "perfect" Client is focused, humble, and willing to look within themselves for the answers they seek, rather than finding the answer in another person,place,substance,or thing. It is a person who is wise enough to consider the voices of others rather than just listen to their own.

Substance Abuse & Mental Health are rooted in the understanding that our perception of life is often the driving force in how we behave in life. Within each area of experience that I offer, the rewards of mindfulness, empowerment, and ultimately self-realization are the goals to be pursued.

I am very proud of my ability to establish a therapeutic rapport based on mutual trust & respect. I strive to provide an environment where one is safe to share their thoughts and feelings, the good, the bad, and everything in between, and be met with support, understanding, and compassion.
