Dr. Sean Hodges

“I serve to help those with acute or chronic medical and emotional problems. I help find solutions to depression, anxiety and irritability (including low self-esteem, lack of motivation, low energy, feeling on edge, enduring feelings of sadness/guilt). I help those who have a history of acute or chronic trauma, intimacy and relationship concerns, behavioral problems (such as acting out and oppositional defiance), ADD/ADHD, substance abuse, acute/chronic pain, headaches, obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes.

I provide children and adults with a solution focused approach to challenging biological, emotional and social problems. In practice I combine cognitive- behavioral, solution focused, family, play, medical, and psychoeducational therapies. My specific areas of expertise are in crisis intervention, chronic mental illness, stress management, and enhancing communication.

I work collaboratively with you to provide accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, disability evaluation, psychotherapy and behavioral medicine.
