I use "talk therapy" to help you design your most satisfying life. By listening to your deepest desires and needs, I work to help you understand your past so you can create a better present and future. As an RN psychotherapist, I work well with clients with dual diagnoses (medical and psychological). I am also adept at using technology for "eShrinking" or "teleShrinking", accommodating those who are unable to find a face-to-face therapist in their area, who travel for business, or who prefer these modes for communication. I believe it is the relationship that heals (Irvin Yalom).
Mood disorders (depression and anxiety) and relationship issues make up the majority of my practice. I also treat people with Eating Disorders, with 11 years of experience. My Associate, Allie Bulliman, is taking sliding-scale clients (non-insured) under my clinical supervision. See website for more info.
I work well with diverse clientele & cultural backgrounds, and my office is LGBT/ poly friendly. I have travelled extensively, and have another Master's degree with an emphasis on cross-cultural communication. English is my primarily language.
