People living with the results of trauma which includes depression and anxiety can be helped with Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. If you are having problems with Grief and Loss come to me for help in reducing the pain of loss. I am a Certified Trauma and Loss Clinical Specialist with training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I help people heal from the trauma/s they have experienced. Working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD) is part of my speciality. I am also a Grief counselor.

Past tramas can leave a person anxious and depressed and unable to cope with day to day stressors. Trauma can be at the root of anger and can also cause trust and intimacy issues. You can find some relief from the stress in your life.

Sensory Intervention is available if you have difficulty talking about your traumas. There are many tools available to help in the journey of healing.
