Do you have challenges with feeling depressed, hopeless, or else overwhelmed with stress or anxiety? I offer individual, couples and family therapy. I bring 12 years of experience working with parenting challenges, family conflict, and couple issues such as communication, sexual issues, and infidelity. I also treat attachment issues in children, anxiety, trauma, depression / mood, and grief and loss. I can further help with school difficulties, substance abuse, step-family issues, grandparents raising grandchildren, and military families going through deployment and reintegration.

My treatment approach is client-led, solution-focused, and builds on strengths. I view clients as experts on their lives. My process is to team with you, identify which aspects of your life or relationships you would like to improve or resolve, and expand your ability to solve current and future challenges.
