“My mission is to help my clients to cope with their most difficult emotions so that they may live their lives to the fullest. I am especially interested in assisting older adults who are dealing with chronic illness or pain, depression, anxiety, isolation and loss. Nowadays people are more mobile and family members are often far away from their parents and grandparents. My experience also includes work with in home or long-distance family caregivers and the problems that often arise between siblings who don't agree on the best way to care for an aging parent.

Though I specialize in working with older adults, I also enjoy working with younger people who are facing difficult situations. I focus on identifying my client's strengths and exploring options with them so that they are able to find their own solutions.

It is very rewarding for me to help people learn, grow and change. Everyone is the ultimate expert of their own lives and I see my role as helping them to navigate the many forks in the road to find their unique and most satisfying path in life.”
