My extensive training in relationship and various modes of therapy prepare me to work with individuals, couples, families and youth. With an emphasis on interpersonal relationships and their impact on thinking, emotions and behavior, I address the whole person.

Emphasizing the ever-changing family life cycle, I focus on understanding my clients' symptoms and interaction patterns within their existing environments. Awareness and growth are healthy outcomes as wellness and balance are significant in our relationships and lifestyle. Treatment is from a relationship perspective incorporating the whole system as it affects you individually.
