As a therapist, I provide a supportive environment to assist clients address personal life challenges. I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. I am experienced with individuals age 18 through retirement. I also provide LPC supervision for counseling interns at reasonable rates.
I work with individuals who feel stuck in regards to anxiety, stress,relationship issues, depression, anger management, grief,communication issues, codependency issues,adult children of alcoholic issues, and recovery issues.
