My practice spans 23 years of clinical experience, specializing in managing mental health, identity, addiction, relational health, sex & sexuality, conflict & reparation, and intersectionally informed approaches to healing from systemic, interpersonal, and intergenerational harms. I am a non-binary trans, first generation settler, living with C-PTSD.
Within a decolonizing, trauma informed and attachment focussed framework I draw intuitively from modalities such as: Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems, EFT, and somatic awareness.
