“I enjoy working with couples and families as I feel that this is where I can be most impactful and the most change can be made. I also see individuals to help them develop a greater sense of happiness in their lives or to aid them in managing symptoms related to depression, anxiety or daily life stressors. I also enjoy working with parents to help foster parenting skills and help parents manage behavioral concerns and effectively co-parent their children.

I specialize in working with couples and families to help foster open communication and therefore more harmonius relatonships. I also specialize in working with divorced, blended and adoptive families and aid members of the family in adjusting to these, at times, difficult transitions.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view the relationship, be it the family relationship or any type of relationship, as central in problems that are presented. By taking this appropach, I can help people to feel an increased sense of happiness and fulfilment in their relationships and in their lives.”
