“I work primarily with adults who are dealing with the stresses of life and life transitions, as well as with symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma. I view all experiences, distress, and symptoms, as part of a larger whole, and as potentially growth enhancing. My main goal is to assist people - in cooperation with their own inner wisdom - in moving to the next level of success and awareness in their lives.

My approach to therapy is integrative, incorporating transpersonal, humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral methods. The focus is on balance, integration, and valuing wholeness of being as we attempt to bridge the gap between who we think we are, and who we really are.

Three reasons I do not accept insurance: 1. We have no control how your personal information is used or shared by your HMO. 2. Cumbersom, time consuming restrictions in getting authorization. 3. Sometimes unnecessary and over-diagnosing in order to receive benefits.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
