That is where therapy comes in. Together, we can find resources, within yourself and in the community, develop a plan to get you where you want to be, and you can begin taking steps towards achieving your personal goals.

Therapy doesn't have to include a couch, tissues, or a bunch of "uh huh's". But it is a place where you can feel safe, work towards a goal, and actually have fun. Talking is not always enough, so I use art, games, and other various tools in therapy.

I enjoy working with all people and all issues. However, I love working with teens! Self-esteem, motivation, sexually acting out, and parent communication are just some of the topics we work on. I also enjoy sex therapy, including identity and intimacy, with couples and individuals. Come see me!!! :)”
