“As a holistic psychotherapist, I build relationships of care and trust that will help you to enrich your life. If you are interested in personal growth and deep healing, whether it is from discovering a diagnosis of some kind, childhood traumas, or phase-of-life problems together we help you find meaning, purpose, skills, and deep healing. I am influenced by Buddhist teachings, especially Pema Chodron, and practice loving-kindness and compassion which I integrate into my work. My trainings in existential psychotherapy and body-oriented therapies allow us to work deeply and transformatively toward healing.

My holistic perspective means I use the body and the mind to assist you in deep healing and in identifying your true path. The body is where we hold emotional and spiritual pain. By helping you uncover the body's deep voice, truth, and needs, I guide you toward wholeness.

I am trained in LifeForce Yoga, a practice designed to assist in treating depression and anxiety. I have a good referral base to be able to assist clients in finding alternatives to healing through allopathic and naturopathic means. My office is conveniently located and is a quiet and healing environment.”
