“My specialties include ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, TRAUMA related symptoms, COUPLE'S therapy and SEX and LOVE ADDICTION. I have received training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). My philosophy as a therapist is to empower you to create the life you desire. Whether you are struggling with addictive and compulsive behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, relational or other core issues; it is possible to live a more successful and satisfying life.

I will collaborate with you to develop a customized plan that may involve such modalities as traditional talk therapy, experiential techniques, EMDR, CBT, DBT and Mindfulness skills. It is my goal to provide a supportive and respectful atmosphere, while also using a challenging approach.

You may benefit from the PCS Intensive if you are in crisis, but do not require inpatient stay. You can utilize the skills and expertise of several therapists. Involves 10-hour therapy days that facilitates your quick development of vital skills and helps you reach deeper healing and well-being.”
