“Healing is a difficult and rewarding journey. I believe that to facilitate healing we need to look at the person as a whole. Healing involves the mind, body and soul. When working with clients I like to address unhealthy thinking and behaving while promoting physical and spiritual health. My goal is to work with you in a supportive and collaborative way to promote self-empowerment and well-being.

I have over 15 years of experience in the social service field. I have provided a wide range of services that include but are not limited to: substance abuse, domestic violence, eating disorders, depressive/anxiety disorders, anger management, sex addiction/other addictions, sexual abuse, crisis intervention and motor vehicle evaluations(DUI).

Under specific circumstances I am willing to do therapy in your home.”
