Are you ready to make important positive changes in your life? I can help you to get started, and stay focused, so that you can achieve lasting results. I am a licensed Psychologist of many years who helps her clients to develop more self-confidence as well as more authentic and positive emotional connections to themselves, others, and their chosen work. Through my work as a therapist, I am continually reminded of the power of professional psychotherapy to facilitate dramatic positive changes in the way people view themselves, others and their personal contributions to the world around them!

New clients often come in with concerns such as depressed mood, anxiety symptoms, identity issues, and addictions, and leave therapy feeling energized and optimistic about their ability to successfully meet life's challenges. I have advanced training and expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical hypnosis, family therapy, EMDR, DBT and a variety of Expressive Arts therapies.

In addition to providing Psychotherapy and Psychological Evaluations, I provide professional supervision for other Psychologists and facilitate monthly Expressive Art Workshops for adults who are interested in using creative expression to foster self exploration and self growth.
