“I believe that the role of a therapist is to help facilitate the efforts of individuals, couples, and families to work through the issues that may be stagnating their growth. The role of the inviduals, couples, and families is to take the steps necessary to achieve personal growth. A lot of people go through life avoiding emotions, problems, and conflict. My goal is to help people understand that through these things, growth occurs and happiness ensues.

Through the process of therapy, I employ a number of different ways to help the people involved based on the individual, couple, or family needs, and through this helping them to reach the goals they desire.”
