“I believe therapy is a journey of learning, healing, and personal growth that enables you to cope with difficult relationships, past trauma, depression, anxiety, health issues, and life stressors. My role as your therapist is to provide you with coping skills and room to explore possibilities and new ways of experiencing life that lead to improved quality of life and empowerment.

My main approach is person centered therapy. I utilize CBT for reframing and immeidate coping skills for circumstances that need quick relief. I also speicalize in art therapy as relaxation or for those who have difficulty verbalizing their feelings. specialities:anxiety, infertility, realtionships, couples, women's issues, trauma, abuse,& depression.

My philosophy is that you have a life purpose and deserve to have meaningful and fulfilling relationships. Many times past traumas, conflicts, life stressors or unforseen circumstances can prevent you from enjoying life. In the therapy session I work to help you meet your goals for yourself & your relationship to others.”
