My priority is to treat each person with compassion, respect and kindness. I strive to help my clients to get to the root of their challenges to make lasting changes in their lives and to help them help themselves. It is never too late to be who you want to be.

I take particular interest in helping people with depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictions, chronic illness, HIV/AIDS, Traumatic Brain Injury, grief, death/dying, Post Traumatic Stress, Adjustment to Disability, Dissociative Disorder and sexual identity issues (LGBT). I am also very interested in adult developmental psychology as it pertains to later life development of seniors.

I am nationally certified by the Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists/Brain Injury Association of America. I am experienced in and enjoy working with people in public service - i.e. Police, Fire, EMS and military and war veterans.
