“Starting psychotherapy is a decision not made lightly. I offer this understanding as someone who will listen to what you are saying ,and not saying, about what is not working in your life. We sometimes get glimpses of what we are doing that doesn't help us in getting what we want. I will help you find these ways and work at changing them.Trance work: guided imagery, mindfulness meditation and hypnosis can ease some of the tension you experience and help you work through your problems with less stress and anxiety.

I work with a general adult population experiencing depression and anxiety. I specialize in working with those who have chronic and life threatening illnesses.I see family members of the seriously ill for support. I am a grief counselor for those who have experienced tragic loss in their lives.”
