I have been helping clients in my practice for 25 years. I strive to provide an environment that is safe, confidential, and comfortable for a person to identify issues, explore options and make meaningful life changes to develop a more fulfilling life. I provide individual and couple therapy. I offer support, and when appropriate, feedback and guidance, for people who are dealing with a variety of individual and/or relationship issues. I have helped clients with depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, self esteem issues, relationship problems, alcohol and drug issues, pornography and other sexual addictions, and a variety of other life issues.

In addition to 25 years in private practice I have consulted with sex offender treatment programs, University student counseling centers, substance abuse programs, and local churches.

I am comfortable addressing spiritual concerns, and can approach therapy from a Christian/Biblical perspective if this suits the needs of my client.
