"I love being a counselor", I feel honored to help others during difficult or challenging times. I know that it is difficult to reach out for help, but I admire people who can take a risk and seek a greater level of understanding. I use personal examples as well as professional techniques to reach others. I work well with adolescents, couples and women of all ages. I specialize in working with eating disorders like; anorexia, binge-eating disorder, bulimia and compulsive overeating. Additionally, I like working with families; "No one can challenge us like those we love!"

The first time I meet with a client, I really try to get to know him/her. I work hard to tailor my style of treatment to what is beneficial for each individual. Every person is unique and therefore I think therapy must be as well.

Being flexible is a very important part of my clinical as well as administrative style. I offer evening and weekend hours. I provide phone consultations as well as emergency on call services. I accept most major insurances, credit cards and I have a sliding scale fee schedule as well.
