“Are you feeling depressed/out of sync, or having relationship problems? As a Marriage & Family Therapist I specialize in depression & relationship therapy. My treatment approach is client centered & geared towards working "with you", & loved ones if so requested. We will develop a plan together that involves psychotherapy & treatment goals built around activities, places & things that you enjoy. I am honored to be a part of a person's journey towards increased health and happiness. I am from beautiful Kailua, Hawaii & have over 22 years of experience working directly with adults recovering from depression & major mental illnesses.

Education and support will be a main focus in treatment. We can discover "from just where" the problem stems, and develop a unique & personalized plan to help you recognize symptoms & triggers to these symptoms, so that you can get healthier & stay healthier for the long run.

I will support/guide you each step of the way, so that you know you are not alone. Don't lose hope, things can and will get better with a set plan of action. Just knowing you have a plan is very encouraging in itself. Flexible appointment times are available.”

Women on Wellness (WOW!)-Free
Richard's Street YWCA, Room 309, Honolulu, Hawaii
Third Tuesday at 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Women on Wellness (WOW)is a support group developed by NAMI Hawaii for adult women to discuss mental health issues, and unique issues for women. Welcomes Friends, family's and consumers of mental health services. Also welcomes students in the mental health field. Lite supper is served. Group meetings are free, but should register by emailing Susan Ray to get a count for refreshment purposes. WOW meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Richard's Street YWCA in Room 309.
MFT Post Master's Supervision Group
970 N. Kalaheo Avenue, Suite A-211, Kailua, Hawaii
Every Wednesday at 6pm - 8pm

I also provide MFT supervision, for those therapist interns who have earned their degree, but need to fulfill the supervision hours necessary to apply to take the State of Hawaii MFT licensing exam. Please call for more information. Interview will take place before being able to join the group.
