Ms. Susan Lovelady

I provide individual, family and marriage counselling. I enjoy working with children (from age 6) and adolescents both individually and with their families. I specialize in providing counselling for anxiety, depression, parenting, stress and anger management, conflict resolution, family violence, sexual abuse, burnout and chronic pain.

I use techniques from many approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy. I focus on concrete strategies to help you learn active listening skills, the healthy expression of feelings, conflict containment and the creation of love and trust.
