“As an integral therapist and integrationist, I offer an eclectic, insightful and life-changing process that goes deep and to the core of your personal issues, dysfuntional patterns, and early imprinting. I view my work with clients as a collaboration. I greatly enjoy individual therapy and see it as the foundation of all other types of personal growth. In sessions we slow down the world to really see and feel the center of what is really happening. Some of my clients need brief, solution-focused support, while others are needing longer-term healing and reconciliation of painful issues and trumatic experiences.

I offer a holistic, process-oriented approach to self-healing and transformation which I call Integral Therapy and Healing. This work is about facilitating the return of your healthy Self, innately repatterning and integrating your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I believe the body is the holder of our emotional pain and the heart is the healer of that pain. I help my clients reconnect to their heart center and recognize their body's signals and what those signals mean. This is a key part of the work I do.”
