I feel passionate about helping others get past these stuck points we all experience. I help couples stop arguing and start enjoying each other like they once did. I help teenagers figure out what it is they need to say and how to say it. I help adults identify patterns that keep them stuck in ways that just aren't working for them anymore.

I see my role as listening to your needs, helping you gain a fresh, hope-filled perspective, and collaborating with you to identify what changes are needed in your life. We work at strengthening your skills such as communicating more effectively, resolving conflict, or dealing with depression or anxiety.
