My joy in my work comes from seeing the couples, families, individuals and groups I am privileged to collaborate with, achieve their best quality of life right now while moving toward their ideal vision for their lives. As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I teach couples how to lessen reactivity and increase connection by gaining insight and building proven relationship skills. Challenges may include communication, infidelity, sexual dissatisfaction, emotional disconnection, or feeling stuck in stressful transitions that have drained the vitality and fun from their relationships. Other specialties include grief/traumatic loss, recovery work, life transitions and personal growth.

Difficulties and conflict in relationships are life's invitation to us to grow and be more fully alive. The path may be challenging, but also joyful if we are conscious in our choices and build skills to experience our lives instead of simply reacting to stress and chronic busyness.

My style combines expertise, compassion, intuition, and acceptance to allow each unique client to safely explore at their own pace. I am directive and give feedback when needed while respecting the process, which reveals each person's inner wisdom. My work honors the mind/body connection, utilizing mindfulness skills.
