Tally Gentry

I specialize in working with adults 18 years and older, who may be experiencing a variety of issues including but not limited to: the residual effects of chronic abuse, neglect or trauma; grief and loss; anxiety, depression or life transition. I have had experience working with people from many different cultures and in varying levels of crisis. I primarily focus on using humanistic, psychodynamic, and systemic modalities in an integrative manner based on the needs of each individual, with the belief that the mind, body and spirit can all be used as resources in the healing process.

Some results from our work together may be: increased empowerment in daily life, improved coping skills, better relationships and communication skills, increased ability to handle overwhelming emotions or to awaken from a feeling of numbness, becoming closer to attaining life goals, or a heightened awareness of meaning and purpose.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and collaborative environment where each client can discover their own their own strengths and resources to make positive changes in their lives. It is my goal to work with a sense of compassion and curiosity, acknowledging the beauty and worthiness in every being.
