I have over 18 years experience treating anxiety disorders, including trauma to individuals and families, as well as depression. I often work with medical providers to assist with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, Cardiovascular Disease and depression, and other medical conditions. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Mindfulness in therapy.
