Emotional pain can be the most stifling and difficult pain to endure, yet it can also be the catalyst for tremendous growth and insight. I specialize in helping clients of all ages who are struggling with trauma, complex trauma, depression, stress, self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties. My ideal client is one who is ready to be free from the impact of trauma, be it old or recent trauma, and is desiring growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. I also enjoy working with clients who are interested in looking at their issues through the lens of their spirituality.

My primary area of expertise is EMDR therapy. I am both an EMDR International Association Approved Consultant and Trainer and have provided this therapy for over two decades. In addition to my clinical practice, I provide consultation and education to clinicians pursuing training or certification in EMDR therapy.
