“I work with adults, youth and couples who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, relationship troubles, parenting, job related stress, depression, addictions, grief and loss, abusive relationships, trauma, childhood and/or family issues, anger, body image issues, self-harming and suicidal ideation. My work currently includes both a private psychotherapy practice and work as a therapist and Social Worker in a community agency. My goal as a therapist is ultimately to help my clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and others as well as to build up a greater capacity to live more authentic, self-assured and joyful lives.

I offer relational, client-centered psychotherapy which is a process that can help you to explore your feelings and life circumstances within a safe, confidential and understanding therapeutic relationship.

I am a professional psychotherapist and registered social worker. I am passionate about my work as a psychotherapist and enjoy working with adults, couples and youth. I have special interests in attachment theory, relational psychotherapy, community development, conflict resolution and how relationships shape our experiences of ourselves.”
