I work with adults, youth and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, panic attacks, relationship troubles, loss of relationships, job related stress, addictions, grief and loss, abusive relationships, trauma, childhood and/or family issues, anger management, body image issues, self-harming and suicidal ideation. My work currently includes both a private psychotherapy practice and work as a therapist and Social Worker in a community agency. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and others as well as to build up a greater capacity to live more authentic, self-assured and joyful lives.

I offer relational, client-centered psychotherapy which is a process that can help individuals or couples explore their feelings and life circumstances within a safe, confidential and understanding therapeutic relationship.

I am a professional psychotherapist (Clinical member OSP)and registered social worker with a MSW. I am passionate about my work and enjoy working with adults, couples and youth. I have special interests in attachment theory, relational psychotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, wilderness therapy and how relationships shape our experiences of ourselves.
