Through my studies of Psychotherapy, I have learned ways to make sense of and work through the difficulties associated with the way my clients experience and make sense of different events in life, or of life in general. I have a genuine desire to develop trusting relationships with my clients and help them feel better emotionally, mentally and physically. If you feel that you are having trouble working through something specific that is causing you distress, or you simply want to talk to a neutral, confidential, professional, take some time to consider the benefits that Psychotherapy could offer you.

I am a Psychotherapist trained at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, an intensive three year program which includes theory, clinical practice, and supervision from a senior clinician. I am also a member of CAPT. *Please note: I currently work with adolescents 13-18 and adults 18+*

In addition to my training at T.I.R.P, I also have a B.A. from the University of Toronto with studies in Fine Art History, Psychology, and Sociology. Please visit www.TashaEastman.com for more information.
