My commitment as a therapist is to provide my clients with a compassionate environment that offers unconditional acceptance and support. Each client is seen as a unique individual. I believe that counseling promotes growth by building on existing strengths. Each client is guided through a process that allows for the enhancement of self-enpowerment and discovery.

I have experience with adults, children, couple and family therapy. In my work, the focus often times involves exploring healthier ways to address any concerns that are creating challenges. Specialized areas include anxiety, depression,codependency, the emotional impact of infertility, hormone balancing, midlife transition, divorce, children and divorce, grief, relationships.
